Four phases, one partner.

01

Concept

We start from a site, a use, or a set of drawings and define what is feasible in steel. We give you early structural direction and budgetary guidance before the design locks.

What you receive: Feasibility input and a budgetary direction you can build a pro forma on.
02

Engineer & Detail

Structural engineering to AISC 360, sealed by a PE licensed in your jurisdiction, then in-house detailing and clash-checked shop drawings ready for your RFI log.

What you receive: PE-stamped structural drawings and coordinated, submittal-ready shop drawings.
03

Fabricate

Conventional rolled beams, columns, joists, and connections fabricated in our AISC 207-25 shop with AWS D1.1 welding, QC-gated before steel leaves the floor.

What you receive: Fabricated, quality-controlled steel staged and ready to ship to your site.

Erect

Field erection by Nano Cube crews, sequenced with crane coordination and executed to OSHA 1926, with roof and metal deck in scope.

What you receive: Steel erected on your schedule, decked, and ready for the next trade.
